Wakeboard Size

Wakeboard size is very important to all wakeboard riders. Height is not a factor; rather it is weight that is the crucial part of picking a board size. So determining what your weight is your first step in sizing.

Wakeboard size factors that need to be taken into consideration are, skill level, riding style, and board models. These are even more critical factors to consider for advanced riders. Do not choose a more advanced board than your skill level because you won’t be able to stay on.

Wakeboard size for a family board that will fit Mom, Dad, and Older Children is 136 cm. Unless riders are over 200 lbs or are under 100 lbs, then this is a good general size for the whole family.  Make sure your comfortable with your board, and that it is made of high quality.
